The Bryan-College Station Convention & Visitor's Bureau will host the 17^th annual Meeting Planners Showcase, Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Hilton Hotel & Conference Center.  This innovative event is a one-stop-shop for meeting and event planners interested in holding an event in Bryan-College Station and YOU ARE INVITED!

This event is designed to showcase local businesses that can assist with hosting and servicing events, meetings, conferences, reunions, weddings and special events in our community.  Discover what resources are available, make contacts, build relationships and ensure your next event in Bryan-College Station is a success. 

Admission is free and open to the public.  Door prizes will be awarded throughout the tradeshow with a grand prize finale drawing, compliments of all our wonderful exhibitors.
